A snapshot of our every day

So, here we are, back in the cyclone of things, and we will attempt to give you an idea of what we've been up to!
As you know, we are running two clinics/maternity centers, as well as working with Medical Ambassadors Philippines to reach the Mangyan tribal people, and also continuing the process of starting a refuge home for women escaping prostitution.
One of our girls that we took in, *Amanda, is still in Manila staying with friends of ours who run a women's refuge, as we think it is still not the best idea to have her come back to this area (the Red-light district as well as her mother) right now. She is growing and God is doing beautiful things in her. She has not had a seizure since October when a deliverance team came and prayed over her. She came to know Jesus and was baptized. God is so incredibly faithful!!

We are in need of an apartment for the girls, and more importantly, at least two staff women to disciple, teach, love and nurture them alongside me. Please pray!

Since we've been back, we have already had a team come from California to serve with us (MAP team), and with them we did a medical mission in White Beach, and also started a planting/ landscaping project at our Sabang clinic. We are planning to plant vegetable and herb gardens and teach the locals how to use herbs and different plants for medicinal and health purposes.

We've been spending alot of time with the staff, wanting to love and see each of them, and help them grow in their individual walks with Jesus. For the first time ever, we completely closed both clinics for a day last week, and had a staff fun day at the beach. We packed yummy food and our swimming suits, rented a jeep and played in the sand and water all day. Everyone was tired-out, and super happy.

In the next few days we will be moving (wahoo!!) our home to white beach (about 40 minutes away). We will be located right next to the clinic there, and are excited to be more active in patient care when we are not busy with everything else!

Thanks for praying, keep it up. We need you.
